Private persons can let their holiday homes at boligiudlandet.com

The price is DKK. 495 including VAT per property/year. All private persons resident outside Denmark must pay Danish VAT, see TAX.

Example: If you have bought 1 advertisement on boligiudlandet.com, you can still have 2 or more advertisements keyed into the system. If you want all of your keyed-in advertisements to be active, you must buy the number of advertisements that are missing.

For each property you set up there is:

• fact boxes
• a general description of the property (unlimited)
• an upload of 10 different photographs per property
• contact information in the form of e-mail address, telephone number and link to your own home page
• a calendar function, where you can price seasons and mark which weeks are booked and free etc.

When you have set up a property for rent, it’s important that you continuously update the information about the property if there are changes. And it is especially important to keep the calendar updated.  Much of the information keyed in is included in the searches that are made on the page and you will quickly be “sidelined” if the information is not up to date.

You must set yourself up as a user before you can put up your property for rent. Payment can be made with Dankort, VISA-Dankort and Diners Club. Other credit cards, payments in the form of cheques or bank transfers are not accepted at the moment.
